Training Prerequisites

• Must be 15 years old to participate in this course.

• Must hold an SSI Open Water Certification (or equivalent).

• Complete mandatory basic medical questionnaire to determine if you are fit to dive.

• Have at least 10 logged dives or been diving in the last 6 months.

Cancellations

You are entitled to a refund:

• If you cancel up to 14 days prior to commencement date of the course.

• (Course fee less 3,000 THB booking fee plus any associated course material)

• If you fail the dive medical, we will refund your course fee, less a 3,000 THB booking fee plus any associated course material.

You are not entitled to a refund:

• If you cancel within 14 days of the booked event. (New bookings made within 14 days of course commencement date are also non-refundable)

• If the course was purchased on discount/special offer

• If you cancel once the course has commenced.

• Transfer/change of course dates:

• If you change course dates within 10 days of course commencement date, a 3,000 THB fee will apply

Course dives postponed due to weather are non-refundable, alternate dates will be supplied or a store credit will be applied.

All SSI courses must be completed within 12 months of commencement date.

All cancellations forfeit 25% of the recommended retail price (RRP) - not the discounted/sale price. No shows or client cancellations made within 21 days of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.

Your Responsibilities:

Please advise us before booking if any diver age below minimum age old to ensure this is the appropriate service.

Please answer truthfully in medical questionnaire to ensure this is the appropriate activity.

You will be assessed for minimum water survival tests (swimming, floating, etc.).

The passing criteria is in conjunction with SSI training standards and evaluation will be at instructor's discretion.

Every diver taken courses with us must earn their certifications, we are selling training, not certification.

A student may failed the test due to insufficient amount of dives, or failed to display diving skills to a measurable passing grade. That student may join the next course, scheduled a private session to any particular issue at fractional cost of retail cost price.
